We have been doing business with Groupon for 4 years now and it is a great relationship. We take Groupon jobs as seriously as any other job even though they are discounted. As of December 2015 We have a 97% approval rating with Groupon customers. A few customers have left poor reviews both on Groupon and Yelp. The general complaint with those few are that we did not get back to them. It is something that rarely happens but it is the nature of the volume we get. We get a very large amount of volume starting in November as it is a seasonal business so for a much faster response please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as opposed to leaving a voicemail. We have every intention of contacting every customer and we value our Groupon purchases fully and always honor them after the expiration date regardless of when they were purchased.
